Note:
  • 1. The above charges are for utilizing the space and services.
  • 2. Cost of Catering etc. is excluded. In case food and beverages are required , the concerned Mess Coordinator needs to be informed three days prior to the event so that food and beverages can be arranged from empaneled caterers of the Officers choice.
  • 3. Fixed Changes for Consumption of electricity @ Rs.500 /- and Rs. 1000 will be charged for the parties held after sunset.
